We try to keep the small print to a very minimum but you ought to be aware of the following points.

Prices and Payment

All prices shown are fully inclusive. There are no hidden or additional charges.

A deposit of £50 is payable at the time of booking and the balance is payable 6 weeks before the arrival date.

The deposit is not non-refundable in the event of cancellation. However, where a guest wishes to change the date if the holiday, rather than to cancel, the deposit may be transferred to the new holiday without penalty provided that the change is agreed before the balance is due.

Cancellation less than 6 weeks, and more than 4 weeks, before the due date of arrival will incur a cancellation charge of 50%. Cancellation less than 4 weeks before will incur a charge of 100%.

Smoking policy

Kath's Cottage is a no smoking property; for the comfort of other guests we ask our visitors to smoke in the garden rather than in the house.

Towels and bedding

All towels and bedding are provided. Where guests are staying for a period longer than 1 week, fresh laundry will be provided at the end of the first seven days.

Arrival and departure

Check-in on the first day is from 3 PM. Check-out on the final day is no later than 10 AM

Dogs

Subject to prior agreement and to the payment of a small additional charge (see rate chart) guests may bring 1 dog provided that it is of reasonable size and is well behaved.
